Person Tracing

This is a common service and is usually required to trace a respondent. This may be required to locate the respondent of a divorce petition after a relationship break up. The process takes approximately 24 hours from instruction and is based on a no-trace, no-fee basis. So, if we are not successful, there is no fee.

All we require is the individual’s name you wish to trace, date of birth or age, and it is desirable, however not essential for a last known address despite how historic this may be.

The cost of this service is £360 inclusive of VAT.

Cohabitation Investigations

For the Form E in a divorce case, it is sometimes useful to prove that a person is cohabitating with another person if it hasn’t been declared.

We will deploy one surveillance operative to monitor an address in an evening followed by the following morning to gain evidence that a person is cohabiting and ideally showing a change of clothing at the address. We would repeat this as many times as the budget will allow over a two-week period, not repeating any days to avoid the defence that it was a one-off.

Each evening followed by morning deployment costs £300 inclusive of VAT. So, if each seven days are required to be checked over a two-week period, then this will cost £2100 inclusive of VAT.

Process Serving

We are able to serve process on respondents Nationwide whether that be.

  • Summons or claims.
  • Statutory demands.
  • Bankruptcy or winding up petition.
  • Court orders.
  • N39 orders to attend court.
  • Non-molestation order.
  • Divorce petition.
  • Witness summons.
  • Family proceedings.
  • Notice to quit.
  • Scottish documents.
  • Claim forms.

We will attend the respondent’s address up to three times at different times of the day to serve the process. Once the process has been served, we will prepare a certificate of service or affidavit dependent on your requirements.

The cost of this service is £180 inclusive of VAT.

Breach of a Child Contact Order

When a child contact order is in place, and it is suspected that this is being breached, Titan can help gain the necessary evidence.

We will deploy two surveillance operatives to covertly follow and monitor the child in question and record the locations attended and all associations to identify whether there is a breach in regard to the contact order. We will then, post deployment, compile a comprehensive report which includes still images taken from the surveillance footage and is fully admissible in a family or criminal court. We will also supply the unedited surveillance footage on request.

Surveillance costs £60 per operative and we deploy for a minimum of five hours at a time. So a minimum surveillance of five hours utilising two surveillance operatives costs £600 inclusive of VAT.
