Employee Investigations

The most common instruction is when an employee is known to be absent from work and the reason for this is suspected to be fraudulent. In this scenario we would deploy two surveillance operatives to covertly observe their movements and gain video imagery of locations attended and all associations. It may be that they are believed to be off sick and working elsewhere, on holiday, or using the time to do other activities. Post deployment we prepare a fully comprehensive report which includes images taken from the surveillance footage. This report is admissible as an exhibit in a civil or criminal court or tribunal.

Background Checks

This is generally used to vet current employees or new recruits. This is a bespoke service which is used to confirm their background is correct.

GPS Vehicle Tracking

Titan offers a vehicle tracking service. This has been used previously to prove fraudulent mileage expenses, conflicts of interest with competitors and working hours.

Lie Detector Testing

This is a powerful corporate investigation tool when an incident has occurred such as a theft and there are suspects. We are able to conduct a lie detector test or tests in regard to their potential involvement and give an instant result as to whether their responses are truthful or not.

Physical Penetration Testing

This is when we test the current security processes in place and use a multitude of tactics to gain entry to a building without detection. We then leave markers to prove where we have managed to gain access to and covertly record the penetration. This is used by companies regularly to confirm their GDPR compliance and the safety of information, products and their staff.

Technical Surveillance Counter Measures or Bug Sweep – This is a technical service that utilises an array of equipment to identify whether there are video or listening devices within a business. This is usually conducted in key decision-making areas such as boardrooms, meeting rooms and senior management offices.

Graphology or Handwriting Analysis

Graphology is used to compare a person’s handwriting or signature to a questioned document. This maybe an inappropriate letter sent to an employee, graffiti or signatures on H&S forms for example.
